For over twenty years, "Healthy & Authentic" Taco Mesa has been a leader in the marketplace and developed a niche by incorporating into our menu ingredients reflecting our intention: serving higher quality food than most full service restaurants—over the counter and at much lower price points.

We pride ourselves on using organic greens, natural meats, wild caught fish, and not cooking with lard, MSG, coloring or additives. "Tell us how you like it and we will prepare your meal that way" is a slogan in our wide-ranging and creative menu. We cater to the real Mexican-food eater as well as customers with special diets by offering vegetarian & gluten free items in most of our food groups, as well as freshly—squeezed fruit juices. We prepare our food in small batches daily to assure top quality and freshness.

Authenticity comes from real chiles and spices that are roasted to enhance flavors (as we learned from our ancestors—the Mayan, Aztec and Spanish) fused with contemporary techniques and innovations. Most Mexican restaurants in the United States offer menus that are not only limited in their offering but also limited to a particular region of Mexico. Taco Mesa brings the best of all regions of Mexico as well as innovative daily specials that trade up our customers to an experience that widely sets us apart from our competition.
